At EIM Adventures, one of our top priorities is making sure that the information we have about you is protected and secure. We value our relationship with you and are committed to preserving your privacy.
Information We Collect
For those visitors who submit personal information via our forms, we do collect that information to help with our volunteer placement and overall communication. As part of this, we maintain an internal email list of all persons who have requested information or enrolled in our trips. We may use this list to send occasional updates and announcements about EIM Adventures’s programs. If you do not wish to receive emails you may opt out at any time.
How We Share Information
The email list we maintain is for internal use only and will not be sold, rented, or exchanged with any other company. We do not share any personal information about our prospective volunteers, former volunteers, or donors with anyone external to EIM Adventures without their knowledge and/or permission, unless required by law. Personal information of enrolled volunteers may be shared with insurance representatives to activate travel, medical or liability insurance. As an enrolled volunteer, you understand that we may share your name and contact information with your fellow volunteers.
Access to Your Information
If you would like to know exactly what personal information EIM Adventures has collected about you, we will be happy to share it with you. This includes transaction information, communications you have directed to our staff (e.g., e-mails, customer inquiries), and contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number). Please email info@eimadventures.com with a request to review this information.
Digital Content Release
By submitting photos, videos, comments, and other digital content to EIM Adventures via Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media or digital platform, you grant EIM Adventures a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any content that you post on EIM Adventures media platforms, or in connection with English in Mind Institute.
